Impact resistance: Choose glasses made from impact-resistant materials, especially if you use them during sports activities or other activities that can expose your glasses to mechanical damage. Cracked or broken lenses can hurt your eyes. 4. Materials and allergies: If you are prone to allergies, pay attention to the material from which the frames are made. Some plastics or metals can cause allergic reactions. 5. Glasses fit: Make sure your glasses fit well and don’t slip off your nose.
