Improper glasses can worsen vision and expose your eyes to the harmful effects of sunlight. 2. Optical quality of lenses: Check that the lenses do not cause image distortion. Distortion can lead to eye strain, headaches, and even dizziness. 3. Impact resistance: Choose glasses made from impact-resistant materials, especially if you use them during sports activities or other activities that can expose your glasses to mechanical damage. Cracked or broken lenses can hurt your eyes. 4. Materials and allergies: If you are prone to allergies, pay attention to the material from which the frames are made. Some plastics or metals can cause allergic reactions. 5. Glasses fit: Make sure your glasses fit well and don’t slip off your nose. Too loose glasses can easily fall off and get damaged, and can also cause injuries. 6. Keeping clean: Regularly clean your glasses with special means designed for this. Avoid using aggressive detergents or rough cloths that can scratch your lenses. 7. Storage: Store your glasses in the case when you're not using them.
